By means of the present correspondence, Mediaology Limited with registration number 107628 and with registered address at Unit 3.14, World Trade Centre, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) is informing you, as its NetRefer Affiliate, that Kazoom Casino (https://www.kazoomcasino.com/en) (hereafter referred to as the “Brand”) shall be ceasing its operations on the 29th of February 2024.

In light of this, the Company is exercising its power under clause 10(4) of its Affiliate Terms and Conditions to terminate your agreement with the Company, with effect from the 29th of February 2024. In accordance with clause 10(5) of its Terms and Conditions, with effect from the 29th of February 2024, all rights and licences enjoyed under this Agreement and/or under the affiliate programme shall immediately terminate.

Additionally, by the 29th of February 2024, you shall be obligated to:
(a) remove all references to the Brand from your websites and/or other marketing channel and communications, irrespectively of whether the communications are commercial or otherwise.
(b) cease the use of any trademarks, service marks, logos and any other intellectual property rights vested in the Company, Casumo and the Company’s Websites.
(c) return to the Company any and all confidential information (and all copies and derivations thereof) in your possession, custody, and control.
(d) release the Company and Casumo from all obligations and liabilities occurring or arising after the 29th of February 2024, except with respect to those obligations that by their nature are designed to survive termination.

Kindly note that this termination shall not relieve you from any liability arising from any breach of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, which occurred prior to the 29th of February 2024 and/or to any liability arising from any breach of confidential information even if the breach arises at any time following the 29th of February 2024.
