Default Keeping track of Changes to an Affiliate Programs Terms

    Hello Guys,

Can you please tell me how you keep track of changes to the Terms and Conditions on the sites of the Affiliate programs you are working with?

Though most responsible Affiliate programs send out emails, we sometimes miss out as they go into spam and get deleted or are not received due to one issue or the other?

Would like to hear how you keep on top of this, to avoid getting caught unawares when unable to access ones account due to not reacting to something one honestly didn't know about?

Would just like to know your thoughts on this?

A bit more difficult today then in the past, but the biggest help is usually reading the GPWA, as well as monitoring AGD.

While you might catch a change on Affiliate A, another member might catch a change on Affiliate B and post about it, while yet another may post about changes at Affiliate C

Ethical programs send out email notification, and also post to GPWA/AGD and anywhere else where igaming affiliates congregate. Programs who don't follow this respectful notification protocol, always have something to hide.

I have run into this problem with a program https://www.gpwa.org/forum/betfair-t...ns-254521.html.

As you login faced with the updated terms, they kindly have a box which is supposed to tell you the difference/new terms but all I can see is an empty white box.

So not very helpful is it, and as you cannot enter the dashboard to view stats etc you are being forced into signing blindly to gain access.

A company as big as this should as @AussieDave says at least send out a courtesy email to let you know.

    Thanks for your input, Rick.

Reading GPWA/ checking AGD more often would probably help.

Sometimes we do know what to do but don't do them until they are re-iterated on or we see more people practicing it.

    Thanks AussieDave.

Thinking about it - Programs who don't follow a respectful notification protocol most likely may have something to hide. Probably good to have an alert to check certain affiliate sites at random probably a week before commissions are paid or so.

Love the quote 'Do the right thing, even when no one is looking. It's called integrity.'

Thanks for the heads up PromoteCasino.

I see what you mean - I think a lot of partners could learn how to improve their services via these posts on GPWA.

    Thanks again.
