Despite the wishes of everyone in our industry (and really anyone with any common sense) the commonwealth of Kentucky refuses to back away from the online gambling domain case.

On Wednesday, the commonwealth filed a motion that basically stated that more pages are needed for their complaint (80) than the 50 page limit imposed by civil rules.

iMEGA's Joe Brennan, Jr. had this to say about the motion:

"The Commonwealth's attorneys are entitled to make this request, but they're wrong if they believe substituting volume for reason will carry the argument," he told Gambling911.com.

"So far, their argument has boiled down to 'a domain is a gambling device, and these are very bad people who have no right to be represented in court'. How many more pages do they need to say that?"
