Is Kerching any good?

I am wondering what other affiliates experiences are with Kerching Affiliate program, as I signed up with them last week and am still waiting for my affiliate account to be approved. Why does it take so long?

I've promoted their mobile program for a short period of time. They were very slow in providing me the correct links and some of my questions were never answered, so I stopped working with them.
