There are many good keywordtools out there. One is kwfinder.com also the ones mantioned above: keywordtool.io and ubersuggest.io and wordstream.com/keywords are a few of them.

Google keyword planner was good before but not so much these days.

You can also find keywords with ahrefs and semrush if you use it properly.
