Tim.Merchant @ kindredgroup.com apparently is the contact..at least that's the one on my 'we are going to pay you 10%' email they sent last week as a way of encouragement after a tough few months.

Ryan Henderson is the lazy bum who is head of affiliates and oversees the theft of players, closure of accounts, reduced commissions etc. He doesn't answer emails, but here it is anyway:
    ryan.henderson@kindredgroup.com

    I also have:
    tim.merchant@kindredgroup.com
    Robert.Rothman@kindredgroup.com
    Steph.Forrest@kindredgroup.com

IMO, you don't really want to be promoting Kindred. Stop sending the players and they'll slash your commissions in the blink of an eye.

If they have closed your account I'd save yourself the time, they tend not to respond to emails about their scummy tactics in thieving money. I had two accounts with them, amazingly I could get a response from one email asking about their latest offers, but not from the other account asking why they had walked with my 5000+ players.

As pointed out already, steer way clear from these crooks! Check out this and other forum and count the endless posts of them not responding, stealing money, closing- or cutting down commission on accounts.

They are dodgy as f***, can not be trusted and should be put out of business!

I do not want to downplay the complaints of others, but for me they are still working, paying and converting as the last big EU brand (also UK brand).

Beatrice is answering all emails, but they have a strict spam filter, so try more emails if you are not getting replies.

They recently suspend my account saying "it seems xxxx was suspended due to a breach in our T&Cs by not sending any NDPs for 6 months"

which is a complete lie, cuz I'm tracking my stats and I see the last FTD date, they didn't even bother sending an email and now they want me to create a new account with a worse deal.

My Tipico account also at Netrefer was closed with the same excuse. They argued with FTDs but no one knows what is the FTD.
Their stats show just "new depositing customers" and "new active customers". Those numbers differ a lot.

Same, kindred-unibet become miserable cheaters too.
Starting from 2007 i was honest all the time and brought them plenty of players on RS life-time conditions only, but now we are finished with bunco on their side.

After I was able to meet their minimum quota of NDP to avoid account closure they just dropped my commission to 5% without any communication.

There are so many complaints about kindred over the past couple of years that they should not be trusted anymore. Unibet used to be highly profitable for sports and casino while 32red was the best online casino on the market for a very long time in the past. No other casino came close to their performance. They were on the same level as bet365 or Pinnacle in the sports betting market. This pretty much ended with TTR. 32red does not stand out anymore and with the reputation of kindred it seems pointless for pretty much any affiliate to promote their brands.

I recently sent them an email to just close my account.
It was the quickest action they've ever taken, within a day my account was locked out - compared with how many weeks it took them to pay an invoice. Amazing guys.

Unibet doesn't convert, the cookie length and conversion is obviously rigged.

They moved me to 5% for not hitting the quotas but suprisingly left my account open I used to send a lot from Stan James when they were still going).

I ended up in big negative carryover on 5% commission rate and still was getting emails demanding this and that to happen (compliance stuff) or my account would be closed within 24 hours.

    Pointless. A pointless affiliate program.

Pointless affiliate program I would not say. Yes the behavior and thinking of Kindred is very often not understandable and often also not fair, but their brands are good to promote.

The down turn of 32Red Plc (et al) came, when, they trashed weekend withdrawals. Approx 10 months later, introduced a 24 hour withdrawal pending period. EG - If you didn't withdrawal by 3pm on a Thursday, your withdrawal was not processed till Monday; and Tuesday if Mon was a public holiday.

With regard to the affiliate program... 32Red Plc did a right number on their affiliates, when, they did a side deal with GoWild for UK players.

Granted all this was before Kindred got their paws on the Brands.

However, Kindred haven't redeemed themselves, instead, since owning the affiliate program connected to these brands, all they've done is tighten the thumb screws, and searched high and low for excuses to steal affiliate commission and tagged players, by terminating accounts.

If one continues to promote such criminals, then when you get shafted, don't say you were not warned!
