I was checking today my kindred stats to see how it went and I noticed a strange customer.



Other customers are updated (or probably I am guessing they are updated, but they surely are not on 0 revenue).

Anyone has any idea why this one generated zero revenue?

Can you see a country of the player?
It happened to me with Romanian players for example.

Mine is from Denmark. Any idea why it happens? It's unusual.

Any other DK players under your acct? I have none I think (but can be the same problem as yours). There was some regulation in DK.

No I was worng, I have DK players. I think it has something to do with DK stats.

Last month: deposits/revenue

€23,189.05

€43.46

All other months are roughly the same, 5 figures DK deposits and 2-3 figs revenue.

Exception is September

€15,149.15

€-9,465.48

So I am losing in DK overall a lot.

That said I am very happy with Kindred so far, nice revenues and conversions. I guess it will be the classic overtaxing just like in UK.

In UK I have more RMPs than all other countries combined, yet UK as revenue is not even in top 10...

I would look first if it has something to do with DK specifics.

So far, this is the only DK active player The rest of active players are mostly from Sweden, UK and Australia.

Edit: could be something specific to Denmark laws and revenue (positive or negative) should be updated with a delay.

My partner has same issue with NL players. Hmm

Other countries are ok. NL is long no accepted, revshare is paid.

Yes. Anyway, I will not ask Kindred about it, because they just don't reply to emails

For Netherlands, there's a notification on the site but I don't think it matters for us, at least:

"Due to the ongoing re-regulation of the Dutch gaming market, affiliates are not able to promote any of our brands on Dutch-facing websites to Dutch residents."

be aware, this is still just a doubt, but probably something is about that

kindred changed domains from dspk.kindredplc.com to b1.trickyrock.com

we did not change the domain, because usually the new ones have some problem and it seems this is the case as well

we changed to the new domain just the german link... and players stopped coming

so we tested the german link with the legacy domain and suddenly i see 2 RMPs from germany

if you saw drop after implementing the new domain let here know thx

How do you feel about their policy to suspend your account if you stop sending new depositors for 6 months? Let's imagine for some reason you decide or have to stop sending new traffic. You will have new depositors for a while from the old signups. But even this will stop, at some point.

Then you lose all earnings.

I had the same issue but with Sweden.
In Kindred for some countries especially regulated (Denmark is regulated) you need a separate deal.
You need to keep trying reach your manager to fix it

We only have it for players from Romania. There it is automatically 0% Revenue.

Apart of Bet365, Kindred is the only big Euro-wide operator, that did not stop paying me, even when they implemented some crazy policies. In fact the revenues keep rising. So I feel lucky/happy. Honestly.

I feel generally lucky for each month or revenue at any operator. I am like 80+ years old guy, who has grown up children, has fun with granchildren. Happy for each new extra month. Because this party is going towards the end indeed everywhere, but I am boring to keep telling that, I know.
