Kraken Contact

Anyone have a telephone contact for Kraken? I cant find any kind of phone number and the only way to contact them is through opening a ticket which can take days. They supposedly sent me a wire last Thursday but I havent receive it yet and I have no way to contact them other than by support ticket. I opened a ticket but now on day 3 no one has responded to it. I think it is a little crazy that they can have tens of thousands of your dollars and you cant call anyone.....

There are, or at least were (I didn't check), active support staff for Kraken working reddit in months past.

I saw kraken pug and kraken josh active in both /r/bitcoin and /r/bitcoinmarkets 2-3 months ago.
