    Default KYC Requirements

It seems quite clear that programs are simply copy/paste KYC requirements from the regulations.

This is fine however those requesting the documents do not realize that the documents may be available in the UK but not around the world and in all countries.

There is no discounting the need to be sure that everyone is legit but the programs really need to understand their requests and not demand something that does not exist in certain countries.

I think they are counting on affiliates from other countries being unable to supply all demanded documents.

That's an interesting one. The KYC requests I faced so far were pretty generic, operators asked for proof of address, ID and possibly some information related to my payment instruments. I guess those would be applicable pretty much anywhere.

Those documents that you were referring to are something beyond the usual stuff? Just curious what are some examples?

This is the latest copy/paste that many programs are requesting. Much more than the usual, and some are certainly not available in all markets/countries.

    • Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement - the name on the UB needs to be the same as the Proof of ID) no older than 3 months
    • Tax Registration (Personal NOT VAT)
    • Domain Ownership
    • Ideally Criminal Record /No PEP

Corporations or Entities:please make sure to provide the below, if those documents were not provided yet to us

    • Certificate of Incorporation
    • Certificate of Shareholders
    • Certificate of Directors and Secretary
    • Certificate of Registered Office
    • Tax Certificate
    • Corporate Structure leading to all UBOs
    • Proof of ID and Proof of Address for ALL Directors
    • Proof of ID and Proof of Address for ALL UBO's (over 5%)
    • Proof of ID and Proof of Address for ALL Shareholders (over 5%) IF Not the same as UBOs.

Lol, criminal record is a good one
Makes me wonder if it is even worth signing up with programs that enforce these requirements? I can imagine they will make people jump hoops when it comes to paying out commission.

It is the "Fun Loving Criminals", how come they would ask for such documents?

I would definitely avoid programs like there, we are not criminals, but affiliates

ANd if it comes to commissions like 20-50 k $ , what documents they would require ?
