There are complaints about 1xbet everywhere, somebody even created a website against 1xbet: http://www.1xbet-live-scam.com/
I receive advertising requests from 1xbet every month and I always tell them that I promote reliable bookmakers only. I think more of us should do it so that such companies have no chance.

You must be kidding right? Even this forum, that is not aimed on gamblers, is full of complaints.

Even I am solving a problem of 10K Eur stolen from legitimate player. Well "solving" -> I asked an affiliate manager Eli Todosov here and I did not hear anything afterwards.

Yes, I promote them. Yes they are transparent to affiliates, which is probably a clever model. But I really have a problem with that and looking for alternative for sure.

The problem is: who do you want to promote on Portuguese or Turkish markets? Or: is better to be scammed you instead of your players? The whole situation makes me sick def.

Unfortunately, you did not hear anything from me because I've received a canned response from Security that "they are expecting the mail to be delivered", so that won't be much of a help to you or your player. I still periodically remind them about the case but unfortunately, I also have other cases and responsibilities I've got to manage.

I'm also quite saddened to hear about an increase in negative feedback and doubt it means much to you, guys, but I'll try to fix at least some part of the problem.

Eli, honestly. I would like to solve this problem off the forum as it was always productive in the good old times. Especially with bookies with questionable licences (nothing wrong against them per se). In the US for example there were always bookies that did not like to pay out a much, who did slow pays etc. and it was their business model. But in the end they always paid.

I really have a problem to read this issue. I really have a problem with "they are expecting the mail to be delivered". I will end here because I do not want to hurt our mutual relationship, where I admit you were to me partners, unlike 10bet, where the problems are on side of both players and affiliates.

I expect my case be progressing.

I sent some usernames from scammed 1xbet clients to Eli in April, he told me that he will have a look at these cases. But I never heard from him again.

I've recently played with 1xbet and made a deposit on 25 Feb 2018 for the amount of MYR200 (100 * 2).

After playing on their Live Casino (Authentic Gaming), I noticed that my balance is actually going down even when I was winning. So I made a final test of USD0.50 bet and won but my balance went down by USD0.50 instead of going up.

I have contacted their support team multiple times about this but their reply each time was that they'll send it to their specialist. After that, they finally told me that nothing was wrong with their system and my money magically disappear.

I've asked them to show me how much I lost and how my balance manage to become 0.00 but they can't show me each time.

This is their latest tactic in cheating their customers and taking their money without them noticing.

Hope that you will warn people about this and not lead people into having their money taken without a reason.

I'm more than happy to show my records I'd your need it.
