I will check and if it was our fault we will be glad to unlock your account.
You just called me a "player who is trying to cheat" if you don't unlock my account.

My 1xbet account has been locked since February without any reason.

I brought you every proofs of my identity and i never used any bonus on 1xbet. I even sent my documents by post in Russia 5 months ago.

It's time for 1xbet to unlock my account. Thank you.

I've had some 100-200 euros withdrawals before, there were no problems... I guess they were just waiting for more money. I am disgusted by their actions.

I just found out another player who got scammed by 1xbet : https://www.complaintsboard.com/comp...t-c900467.html

He sent you 14 documents, including a Notarially certificate of mental sanity at a notary public. This is just crazy ...
His account is still locked !

    1xbet is a big scam !

I will never give up, i will keep ruining your reputation, i want to warn as many people as possible.

I had an open mind, as complaints can often be posted by arbers or cheaters, and there's a big chance of this type of traffic when you're advertised on spam sites or live streaming sites.

But is seems like this is coming from too many directions, from too many reputable sites, and what's worse everyone keeps repeating having to send documents by mail to Russia. Which seems to be just an attempt by 1xBET to make the player jump through ridiculous hoops, in hope he'll give up.

They will be labeled as a scam operation on my website until I'm proven wrong. Complaints must be resolved, money must be returned to players, and no more complaints must arise.

    Dear All,

I have a problem with my account in 1XBET from nearly half an year. The account was frozen in February 2017 with 4500 EUR balance in it, 4000 EUR of which were a personal deposit from my skrill. Since then, I was asked several times to provide any kind of documents (ID card, passport, bank account statement, skrill account screenshots, etc.). I have sent mail packages to Russia three times with some copies of documents. The last thing they asked for was live skype conversation and after all of this, they still dont want to unfrozen my account. I have already contacted Curacao egambling comission for support but they didn;t do much to help me. Do you know somebody that have the same problem and do you know how to solve it?

    Best Regards,
    Kristian

With all due respect, the situation is a bit more complicated than that. Besides, as SBR managers I'm in contact with can attest, most of the complaints filed are resolved but the complainers usually don't indicate the successful resolution and just disappear without a trace, whereas cheaters and arbers often feel righteous and think they're the smart ones.

This is just another lie !

Do you realize that we constituted a group between scammed players ?

1xbet didn't unlock any account for the last 2 years.

A little % of players got back their deposit after an infinite verification but that's it !

Well, you're stating that we didn't unlock any accounts for the last 2 years. Fortunately, this is not true.

Yes, you NEVER unlocked any account of players with balance over 1000€ after you asked them to send documents in Russia.

A little % of these players got back their deposit after an infinite verification.

    Prove me i'm wrong please

    Good evening Mr. Todosov,

I have a question to you:

Did you requested from the player the certificate of mental sanity at a notary public or was it his own wish?

I am looking into that claim right now, because, frankly speaking, this is outrageous. I, personally, did not.

    @Kenipar67

Do you have that player's gambling ID? I will be really grateful if you will help me fix it.

P.S. I've also written to this player on the website, we'll see if he'll answer.
