It is a shame, but it's no fault of my account manager who has been extremely helpful. I also emailed that address you sent me, and he replied promptly. I've been promised a payment in a couple of hours, so let's see.
I would like to say that I don't think they've done it on purpose, but a laid back attitude to other peoples money isn't exceptable, and a finance department in England and account managers in Israel probably doesn't help either.

Everything is sorted now, and the payment was in fact made yesterday (still late, but on the deadline they quoted), its not shown on my account due to it been in limbo for a further 5 days.
It was only after I phoned the bank they told me it was sent yesterday and is 'on its way', but won't show on my account for a few more days.
My account manager has been incredibly helpful, as was the email contact which ocreditor gave me.

I'll still promote them.

Their CTR on my ads ran higher than any other brand I promote (mostly UK brands for slots), aside from my payment issue which has now been sorted, they have been very good.

We've had quite the opposite happen with us. Though, I personally suspect things were not on the "up and up".

They made a decision two years ago to simply drop all US based affiliates, which did not impact us but was still something to note.

When we worked with them 5 years ago, they converted very poorly despite receiving a fair amount of exposure.

Most recently, they reached out to us and offered us one deal, which we accepted and then after we began the process of research and rating them (before we went live with the campaign), they changed the deal on us to the point where we just laughed and moved on.

The interface is extra weird. Each time I log in the affiliate page lokks a bit different. Sometimes is something missing, sometimes is something extra.

Few days ago I saw extra column to fill me bank account details. I did so, because they owe me like 4K GBP. Now when I log in the financial details disappeared again and nothing happens.

How do you guys tell them where to be paid?

there back-end isn't even funny any more, it's so badly designed it blows my mind, I've completely given up even promoting them now, yet I still get payments from them, no idea how much to expect each month.

I filled in a form my account manager sent me, then faxed it over to him. The software backend is the worst I have seen, it is so limited in what it tells you. I think it's called Mexos.
If it wasn't for the Ladbrokes name, I wouldn't promote anyone using this software.

This was workingjust for one day, it was possible to fill my bank account details, while I was logged in. Now it does not work again. Errror 500, not 404, so their server is down. Life as it is usual. Curious if I will be paid and curious where my data is right now.
