    Default Late Payment

This Month I have yet to get paid and now I got a very vague response that I might get paid next week? I updated my details so that I not get paid into my player account and this delays my payment at least two weeks? I have yet to receive an explanation as to why your company delayed my payment as I gave amble time for you to update the information.

I find this to be very unprofessional and I would like an explanation please and thank you.

    Good morning Kris,

    Hope you're well.

We do appreciate the importance of your income and there has certainly been no intentional interference with your individual payment as we aim to maintain 100% professionalism.

Let me firstly advise that there are clear differences between being paid into a player account and being paid via bank wire. Player accounts are much quicker as they're done on a daily basis with each monthly request (as you mention - paid on the 3rd or 4th of the month), whereas bank transfers are dealt with weekly. Since this is your first bank wire request, you have experienced this slight difference in payment runs but I hope you understand that this is completely normal and nothing against you or your account specifically. Your payment will arrive in the coming week but due to the nature of bank wires, we cannot give you a specific and guaranteed date as it is out of our hands, and I'm afraid to say there is no way I can quicken your payment.

Should you have any further queries or uncertainties, please contact me direct via edward.matthews @bet365.com. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience in line with your payment, but this matter is completely normal.

    Best regards,
    Eddie

It's only the 7th of August so I wouldn't start panicking yet. My money transfer would normally only come through into my bank account around the17th of the month.

Bet365 have (in the past) touted early and fast payments via player accounts.

Money transfer to bank account is a diffenrent deal.

Get paid by 7th or later by bet365 when your payment method is set to "player account" is very late by their standard. You set your payment method to "player account" when you want quick payments in max. 1-2 days... not to get paid by 10th or later!

Might be that Bet365 is slow this month.. We emailed our invoice five days ago and have still not get paid to our player account....

Player account is bad for me because I gamble half of it away. haha. Also, It's in CAN to my player which is weak against the USD so makes sense to deliver it to my new account. I've been in online gambling 10 years and I know a wire takes a matter of minutes and I'm sure their accounting has auto payments which they set up the day prior. so there is no excuse really. Every month it's fine but in my player account. This time I gave them plenty of time to send to my new account and Gareth said everything was in order and then today I get an email saying along the lines "sorry, maybe you'll get it next week during next pay run"

Pretty vague answer and I have to pay staff with that money so now I tell them you'll get it next "pay run" wtf?

Player account is very reasonable for Bet365 There are few crazy guys, which can change the provision to revenue I do not know why, but online gamble is keeping me cold, but when I get few drinks and meet some real slots, it becomes "my adrenalin time" One week/year is fine )

Player account is very fast but just creates another step to log in and get it to your bank account and then there are max withdrawal amounts in any one day so it can become messy if you get bigger amounts.

Bank account yes they take longer, usually sometime around the middle of the month, aytime between around the 12th-19th is normal for Bet365 bank payments in my experience.

Can't believe that people get it into Bet365 account and gamble it away!! Crazy guys, I don't count it as my money yet as I haven't even been taxed on it yet.

Well - gamble it away is one thing. I'd consider it more to be like tithing - 365 just destroys any other bookie out there in terms of delivering a solid product and is pretty much the only bookie that will actually pay out on Asia players (well not after this lol) - other brands in Asia.....good luck. Unless you are connected in the inner circle monopoly. 188bet (cambo six) do pay but the terms aff terms are a bit like the product they sell - house always wins. Anyways, being in the industry this long I am pretty confident to know where to draw the line when it comes to gambling. Luckily, I don't posses the destructive gene which makes our industry so lucrative yet destroys lives at the same time. Lastly, it's pretty cliche but holds true throughout my years in online marketing - If you are active participant in the niche you are selling you'll get better results. Just my opinion - i'm sure cloning a competitor can get good results too but engaging a community is the ticket IMHO.

Bank wires always land to my bank account between 11th and 15th. Today is 16th and nothing came. Were there some delays/bank holidays this month? I am talking about payments outside of UK, I think it is handled a little bit differently.

Did anyone receive bank wire payment outside of UK in Sept?

We received ours on 11 Sept. In the past, I went round and round with the bet365 rep about how bank wires take longer than transfer to player account (I do not believe in this method). They claimed that bank wires would be completed within 15 business days of the start of the month.

That said, wire transfers (from them) do not "seem" to come all in one batch.

It also takes few days for banks to clear the transaction, my own bank wires take anything from 6 hours to over one week. I have no problem with later payments, if they arrive. I am curious about international wire payments from other affiliates.

Never mind, my banker just informed me that the payment is coming (did not come yet).

THey have everything to do with bet365. This post got me a flight out to Taiwan. You actually removed the previous posts without notice. And the lawyers who operate this site were okay with that?

I see nothing in that video that has anything to do with the discussion of late payments from Bet365.

Does this board not support freedom of speech or do you do as you are told by your sponsors? Bet365 are 100% involved in this. This is the post that got me on a direct flight.

You took down the last post without any reasoning. SHAME

Yes we support freedom of speech but we can and often do remove off-topic posts.

This thread is a discussion about late payments at Bet365 not about your youtube advertising, or 188 either.

Why was this not told to me yesterday? You just removed the post. Nothing in my inbox.

What you were posting had nothing to do with late payments, that is why it was removed. I was copied on the PM notification you received.
