LeoVegas Terminating Accounts Without Notice Or Reason

Recieved today from LeoVegas having worked with them for a decade without issue. No notice and no reason given. I mean we've come to expect this now but I thought they would have been decent enough to give notice and at least a reason, even if they make it up.

In accordance with Clause 6.2 of the LeoVegas Affiliate Partner Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) between you and Gametech Marketing Limited/Gaming Momentum Limited (as applicable), a LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group company , we regret to inform you that we have decided to terminate the Agreement in connection with your promotion of the Group Brands with immediate effect .

In accordance with this notice of immediate termination, any future Fees (as defined in the Agreement) will cease to accrue as of the date of this notice.

Whilst we thank you for the collaboration, please do not hesitate to contact your Affiliate Manager with any queries.

They said they are doing a round of DD and deciding, without contacting us first, who is up for the chop and who is allowed to continue.

We are currently in the process of a due diligence renewal, and all affiliate accounts due for renewal (every two years) are undergoing validation of traffic performance. Based on the outcome of this review, we will either proceed with the renewal request or move forward with account closure, which takes effect immediately upon decision.

Accounts are closed immediately so they won't even give you opportunity to go and download your stats or earnings data so it will be a fight getting those and the final payment.
