the new website i am building, only casinos that are really "trustworthy" will be listed.
casinos with bad t&cīs, that also do not allow the license!! to be visible, too much short cashouts, 4-5 days pending payout times, between others, are excluded from that site

Once you build this website and you will be willing to promote our brands we can discuss about it, I can assure you that our payout policy is way better than other brands and we change some of the terms and conditions that will apply only to your players rather than other affiliates that sometimes send spam and bonus seekers.

    Best,
    Marc

As the "second next week" begins today, how about an update on the license info?

Your reply will pass to management for review about it.
I find that reply incredible. You're acknowledging that the terms at your casinos are designed to deliberately screw over players. But that's ok because the players have to agree to them so it's all their fault if they get robbed. Blame the victim.

What is more, there is evidence that you are in fact using and abusing this clause already after delaying a player for months, as documented here:

Indeed, we have canceled the payout request due to Paragraph 5.1.4. If player’s account remains inactive (i.e. no bets placed, etc.) for 30 or more days period, we reserve the right to deny any pending withdrawals in place. Following 30 days of uninterrupted inactivity, you will be reminded of the above stated. The short email will be sent to email address provided within your personal cabinet.
You know full well that most people don't read those terms and that is what you are taking advantage of with your rogue clauses and excuses. But no matter, seeing as not many people read them we'll be doing our best to make people aware of these clauses so they can make an informed decision when choosing whether or not to play at one of your casinos. I'm sure you won't mind seeing as you expect them all to read the terms of course.

As for your attempt at deflection:

Last but not least thing you are promoting on your website Casinos with way worse terms and conditions than any of our brands moreover you are promoting Blacklisted Affiliate programs but its okay, easier to write here than remove Blacklisted programs.
This statement shows your complete lack of understanding of your role and the role of affiliates. Clearly you actually think all we should care about is the affiliate program and how much money we earn, and that we exist to "promote" your casinos. You can't even see outside you self-centred little box. Sorry buddy, my number 1 concern is how casinos treat players, even if that means having to deal with a less than great affiliate program now and then. The rest takes care of itself. Put it this way: I haven't even looked at your affiliate program because the casinos are so bad.

It is clear that your scam operations are deliberately structured to make it as difficult and as slow as possible for players to withdraw. And the longer you take to pay them, the more chance you have to invoke your own "30 day F.U." rule to players trapped in your system. Your casinos are rogues that have been modelled on the Affactive operation with input from at least one ex-employee of that criminal enterprise. Any responsible affiliate should be spreading the word to warn players.

On that note, one good thing to come out of this is that after reading a post from one of our members on our forum noticing the similarities between your operations and the old Affactive ones, then reading your despicable attitude here, it motivated me to get your casinos up on our blacklist page. Soon we'll have individual review pages for each of them with a full dissection of the terms that players are agreeing to if they decide to play there.
