    In addition to the government's crackdown of illegal sites, national banks and financial institutions have been issued orders to decline payment and credit transactions to unlicensed gambling websites.

    It's interesting, because there is Neteller, Skrill, PayPal through which you can overcome this ban. Also as I understood, only national banks can decline such payments...
