This just gets worse, I was speaking to Giuseppe and fair plays to him he has tried to help but his manager has told him to forget about this issue as it's not his problem. BRILLIANT. He has gave me the email of the person who is supposed to be in charge of the program and knows about it and dealing with it, and guess what, she knows nothing about it and says it isn't her department and passed the problem on again. someone needs to get on here and explain exactly what is going on as Im really losing my patience with this

This whole issue was supposed to be being looked at by some senior staff at G2 and as of yet i have not heard a thing re this.

I am afraid that this is not the case. I used to make money with Littlewoods every month and since the migration i have not had a penny. If you have sent funds please advise where and when they were sent.

In light of this continuing issue and the fact that g2 continually and wilfully ignore all mails and will not fix the issue, i want to propose that they are removed from the GPWA .

We are not talking about having an issue for a month, this saga has carried on from last November.

It is pointless having a Affiliate program on here who will simply not engage and not fix their issues.

Problems are to be solved. Just give us a chance to find out what happened at least.
If nobody wasn't replying, it was because nobody was in charge, the role of Affiliate manager was uncovered for a while and many things have changed in the company now. My predecessor, I guess, he was head of the whole network and that's why this forum was set up, Now I am in charge of part of the network, and all I can do is to help you all addressing all the issues to those in charge. You have sent many emails, I know, but maybe nobody received those, no one was here at that time.

I apologise again, it is taking too long, more than you expected and more than how it should be, but there were good reasons. We all are trying now all the best to make it work as good as always.

I've had enough of this now, instead of you saying these things with no back up get whoever is responsible for this on here and they can explain ,what has happened and what is going on. this whole thing stinks and with the refusal of anyone involved in this to come and explain says it all to me, absolute joke of a firm

Firstly this is not a pop at you but it is a way of telling other affiliates how G2 does business with its marketing partners

Secondly - how would you like it if you worked and then did not get paid for 5 months

Thirdly - you stated that revenue was sent - please explain where and when that revenue was sent ?

I hope this forces g2 to rethink their attitude towards affiliate marketing - the obviously did not care to much for if their program has descended into this kind of chaos. When can we expect a resolution ?

Thanks for sorting this out. There are no figures from the period Dec to the end of February which is hard to believe as i pretty much earned every month from Littlewoods Bingo but March is there so i guess i should be grateful for that.

Again this is not a pop at you as you are new at G2 - but for a situation like this to occur and to get to this stage is pretty disappointing.

Yup got the same thing , Sportech Affiliates are a joke - they have ripped off and lost players , i have removed them and will not be adding any of their products at any time to any part of our network.
