Live Content Plugin Now Live

Hey guys,

For those that don't already know, I've been involved in the translation & development of a system which allows affiliates to plug-in live data like sign-up bonuses and promotions from the gaming operators using their own affiliate links.

The full Beta version is now on general release for sites running on Unix/Linux servers (although there is still some testing to do for sites running on Windows servers) so please feel free to take a look at www.affcaff.com.

With Michael's help, we've also now built in a link to the Casino City database pages so affiliates can now also use it to look up the data for most casinos, poker rooms, bingo sites or sportsbooks in the system and hopefully there will be some integration with the GPWA's excellent new Social Networking app in the near future if we can work out the logistics.

If you have any feedback (always appreciated), there is a support forum, which also has hints, tips and information to compliment the online manual.

Thanks to those of you who have helped in the testing stages. Had some very useful feedback and there is a meeting to discuss second phase developments which I'll take all the ideas to in a week or two.

Here ya go. These are all taken from the "affCAFF Manager" - the script installed with affCAFF. I've had to shrink them a little because of this forum's image constraints:

When you fisrt log in, you get to see all the affiliate program current deals and promos, along with links to view the Casino City info for each casino and some help & guidance:




Then you can set up some affiliate links for each casino. This is a central affiliate management database and we plan at some stage to allow affiliates to use this all over their sites (not just with affCAFF links) so they only have to keep affiliate links in one place:



Next, you can select casinos (or poker/bingo/sports), layouts and stuff to create code snippets. These you put in your pages and then they update automatically. You can choose to show sign-up bonues, promos or news, or a combo, "merge" multiple properties into one display etc etc. The feed of items displayed on this page below updates every time you make a change, so you can see how it looks as you create it. Thus:



You can also see clickthrough stats for each property from your affCAFF links dotted around your site. You can drill down to view visitors by country, by date or by property:



There's more...and loads more coming like images and stuff...but that's a start. When you put the code snippets into your page, you can pretty much format them how you want. Here's some examples of it in use: http://www.affcaff.com/live_sites.php.

By the way - we've just released a new module that allows logos to be displayed alongside each data stream. As an example - here is what a box might look like on your site using the "logos" template. Obviously users can create their own layout, change colours, fonts etc, so this is just one example.

Thats odd. Perhaps if you get a mo, you'd stop by the support forum and leave any messages or symptoms that you get that prevent installation updates so I can take a look and answer it.

Meanwhile, here's a zip of the templates: affCAFF Templates ZIP file. Unzip and upload them to the /affCAFF/acTemplates directory.

I have installed it and it works, I just don't have the template that includes the logo and i read that a new version came out where the manager will ask to upgrade, which mine is not doing.

I really like the look of this, it will be great when the providers add more offers etc to it. I can see great benefit in a product like this and thank you for making it available.

We're working on that - there are about 15 affiliate programs signed up and in the process of with hopefully more to follow.

We have put all the sign-up offers for 200+ casinos and poker rooms in there so there is always content available, and hopefully as the system moves forward there will be more and more promotions on a regular basis. Once you put the code on your pages, they will just flow in automatically as they are added anway.
