The affiliate program is ignoring us. We tried to register but nothing happened; we sent emails to -affiliates@lockcasino.com and still there is no reply.
Can someone direct us to the right affiliate manager?
Does anyone know if the affiliate program is active at all?

If you're considering promoting them, do a search to see problems other affiliates have had/are having with them.

Really tough to get anyone to answer from Lock - Good Luck. FYI, as a poker affilaite you do not get credit for the casino play even if the poker player is tagged under you. Anyone correct me if I am wrong but don't they have a stupid rule that you have to send the same person to the poker room and casino to get credit for both?

Good thing we're airing these issues so that affiliates know who they are working with (or against) and make wise decisions and choices.
Lock Casino are giving us little reason to work with them...

You get the same response I get when I try to get paid once every 5 months... Unfortunately its full of promises and hopes for over a year now. Almost like they have 2 people running the whole operation and get nothing done other than fires..

The issue is solved - we have a connection !
Not wholly impressed so far, but I know worst affiliate programs that don't even respond to emails... So time will tell !

Hi. Yes, I know LockCasino. I suggest stay away from them!

They never paid me my commissions (over $ 400). Almost never answered my emails and, when answered, said they were resolving the issue.

They are not serious people.

Last I knew, their advertising was pulled mid-campaign from two plus two and they were permitted to respond to complaints/player issues only.

They should have been rogue'd long ago.

Really... its a shame.
Tracking on our account seems to work but not much activity there. Also last connection with affiliate manager was back in January.
