London based accountant needed

A few months ago we started a UK company, but unfortunately our accountant and his bank contacts do not know how this industry works and they find the revenue-share model "weird" (we even heard the word "unethical"). Could anyone recommend a London based accountant who is already familiar with the gaming industry and the affiliate business model? Thanks a lot!
