Londons Burning Move the Olympics

Due to the current violent riots taking place in London should the Olympic committee not consider moving it to the 'Plan B' venue, like France?

I was considering coming over next year for the Olympics, but I am now very nervous. Those young thugs put some of our most violent South African criminals to shame.

Tsk, tsk, what is happening to the crime levels in the UK?

I think they will sort it all out in time, but it is something to think about when the Olympics start, so many people on the streets could be dangerous if not treated the right way

As a Londoner I am byist but I would say no don't move it. What you are seeing is a one off and also slightly misrepresented in the media which I fell for todayband infect I haven't seen or come across an violence or even a riot.

I have lived here for over 13 yrs and never felt scared or been close to a fight etc. So genuinely see this as one of the safest cities. We have an incredible attitude and will come back from this as a bigger and better city....at least some of us and some parts will!
