Hello, I am a beginner looking to buy my first casino affiliate site with a $5,000 budget. I want to find a young, under-managed site that already has a little bit of Tier 1 traffic and organic revenue.
What are the most critical criteria or metrics I should look at to make sure the site is a good buy? Also, what are the absolute red flags I should avoid in this budget range?

The problem as I see it, $5000 is far too much to pay for some sites that are "young" as you put it. And it might be not enough for others.

You will likely get a ton of offers now of sites worth far less. (but they might just raise the asking price just for you)

However, it could prove very productive to gain more recommendations on criteria to look out for before spending the 5k.
