Hi there!

Well according to the website the company is barely a year old and the domain name is less than a year.
Their website does NOT go into much detail at all of their marketing plan, commission structure or how they want to introduce the mlm portion to the "consumer" as they called it.
This immediately makes me very suspect.
Looking at their terms:
It states that no money can be accepted by a payment processor until a signed agreement is returned...ok, but then they go on to say that the application can be returned at a later time and the money refunded. (If no funds can be accepted before the agreement is agreed to, then how could they reject the app after funds had been accepted??) ...it kinda gives them an edge to reject the app from players that won??
They also have a section that talks about them using third party service providers to provides services such as products, games or services and that you have to agree to their tewrms and yet they do not list who they are or what terms you are agreeing to.
Apparantly they have an annual fee to "belong"?? although I diod NOT see this disclosed anywhere except the terms of service....5.12.1. If a member has not logged in for 12 months or paid his renewal fee,
This sounds like a good way to get rid of people later...all they would have to do is say ok this group of members have to attend a seminar they are giving on the moon and anyone that doesn't show up forfeits their "position"...you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to attend a public relations event at the direction and expense of LOPOCA, without further compensation to you.
I don't think I like this term at all.....In the processing of your account and associated transactions, Lopoca may have to recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies who may keep a record of your information. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
I read the terms from beginning to end and not once was there any mention of commissions, percentages, or this so-called mlm tree of players or members....
My conclusion is to stay away from this place.....

Well, as somebody who has an account with them I would highly reccomend to avoid ever registering with them. Did some research, talked to other members and ex-members and what universal4 predicted above almost a year ago it is happening: there are comission, there are percentages, there are members who were never paid or their account was closed and funds confiscated and on top of everything they show all the signs of going down.
My advise can only be: stay away!
I wish I knew how to become an "ex-member"! I requested to close my account and was sent this message in reply; "We are sorry to hear that you wish to leave Lopoca. Of course, we will respect your decision if you wish to continue with the cancellation of your account, however we would like to discuss with you before any final decision is taken. Please let us know the reason and if there is anything we can do to help you reconsider your decision. We will do everything possible to see you stay with Lopoca. We are looking forward to receiving an answer from you and assist you further." At which point my request was marked as resolved leaving me unable to respond. My subsequent requests are being ignored. In case anyone is doing their homework before joining Lopoca and stumbles across this forum - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! In the meantime, any advice about how to get free of Lopoca will be gratefully received!
Hmmmm at 5 years a fairly young prediction that came true.
