Are there any recommendation of Wordpress themes for bingo or lottery site? Could be free or paid one. Did a search but found only html templates.

Any theme you want then just add the artwork for lottery or or bingo.

You could also use the same theme to sell cars or real estate if the functions suited your needs, just add the artwork that matches the product line.

You can use a theme like Newspaper, (found on themeforest) and repurpose it.

There are other big themes which have demo versions, you can import them, edit the content & design and do as you wish.
