I see that the crypto across the board is going down.

It will probably drop a little more. The entire crypto market is down 14.73% YTD ( time of writing this ) but then equally the major stock markets are also down such as the FTSE, Dow, S&P500.

It will bounce back. It's the perfect time to buy.

Bitcoin is currently falling, but I believe it will slowly rise in the future.
I myself owned altcoins and had a big negative. But I believe it will go up and I will continue to hold it.

possible projections of bitcoin are to 14,000. if buying now maybe a dollar cost average system of buying BTC should be used.

Well, anything really is a speculation at the moment. I personally think that it is a good time to buy, even if it going to dump more - it won't be all that much. Then again it will likely stay down for quite some time, probably until next year or even later.

I don't see any opportunity for growth. Too many different crypto tokens are literally washed the soil from under the Bitcoin. The market will fall deeper until somebody will find new pizza to buy.
