    Default LTC and DSI

Dsi sent some newsletter that from now on they pay in:
    ● Bitcoin ● Litecoin ● Wire transfer

It is interesting that they have chosen LTC and not BCH or ETH as secondary crypto.

(Btw. they pay fast in BTC, their stats seem to be correct, but I do not promote them for USA anymore, because there is a good competition and their sservers during peaks are unstable and there were issues with tracking and AM did not reply to me. In short the AM is the bottleneck there and it is kinda sad.)

lately i'm using litecoin myself to send between exchanges, cheapest option most of the times, and quick.

I just sent a BTC Segwit transaction, it cost me 5 cents and it even had 2 outputs. It was confirmed immediately, so I overpaid.

btc segwit is definitely not expensive lately, only thing is, exchanges still over charge and dont adjust prices accordingly. that's why for transfering from one exchange to the other i used lt recently. for normal transfers, no problem with btc at all. i also dont mind waiting for transfers, normally i'm not in a hurry.

Well nonsegwit now is almost free as well, 5 or 10 cents make no difference.

Still I do not understand how can pay off to move money in LTC. I understand that exchanges are ripping people off with fees, bc. they were raised to 0.0005 or 0.0008. But that is still few dollars.

It is still cheaper to withdraw BTC than LTC, even when LTC is close to 0, is not it? Because LTC you have to double exchange. That means you have to pay double commission and you are also on more non-liquid market. Makes no sense for me?

Can you show me the math you are using?

sorry i dont have the numbers out of the top of my head, but i just did some claims on some hard forks recently, which i sold at some of the more ****** exchanges. especially with lower amounts, AND that i dont mind also hodling a couple of ltc for a change (besides from btc obv) i chose ltc this time. for sure with tx fees on higher amounts the extra exchange needed to ltc makes it more expensive at a certain point.

if people would like to have a cheaper coin than btc, i personally would prefer ltc any time over bch for instance, just because i dont like the RVer propaganda. i'm going off topic now though...

ok, i just checked. gate.io charges 0.002 btc withdrawal fees, and on ltc 0.002 ltc.

again, it was also because i wanted some ltc, so you might be right that in the end with the extra transaction from btc to ltc it will be more expensive anyway in the end.
