LVC Affiliates Brands Acquired by Broadway Gaming

Received the following today that will require action.

We are writing to inform you that the LVC Affiliates brands (LasVegasCasino and Casino77) have been acquired by Broadway Gaming.


As part of this transition, the current LVC Affiliates Program will be terminated on 31.12.2025 Until that date,
all existing deals—and all revenue generated under your current agreement—will continue to be honoured in full.

Key Changes & Next Steps


1. End of Current Agreement
Your existing LVC Affiliates agreement will formally end on 31^ST of Dec 2025.
All commissions generated up to this date will be calculated and paid according to your current terms.


2. Final Commission Payments
Final commission statements for activity up to 31.12.2025 will be issued, and all payments will be made no later than 31.12.2025.

3. Promoting the Brands Going Forward
Following 31.12.2025, affiliates who wish to continue promoting LasVegasCasino and Casino77 under Broadway Gaming will need to:

• Complete standard KYC
• Sign the new Broadway Gaming affiliate agreement
• Update existing LVC Affiliate links with new Broadway Gaming tracking links

"acquired by Broadway Gaming" generally means you lose all of your players
