About LinkBacksI want to put an opt-in mailing list on my site but i need to find some free or cheap code to do this with. It must run on windows and use an access database but other than that i am open to anything.

Check out Mojo Mail. I think it will do everything you want, and it's free.
For larger lists, I happen to offer professional Lyris list hosting. Great prices, but not quite free.

That looks great thanks for the help! I'll keep the lyris in mind but for now i think the other can handle my 100 hits a day
