This appears to be a front or white label I take it?

Not sure of what changes may occur with Windows fronts.

I will move your post to the freshman forum as this forum is for the Casinos and Affiliate programs to keep affiliates advised of new programs changes etc....

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

Honestly, after looking at the 5dimes site, I would recommend you read EVERYTHING you can here, create an affiliate portal, and apply for membership once your site meets the criteria.

You will quickly find that sites that offer 5% commission won't even get a second look.

Normally, if %5 is offered, they are probably already an affiliate of someone else and therefore stats have to go through TWO affiliate backends before you even see them.

Rarely is a program even considered by many affiliates that pay less than 25%

Hope this helps and good luck, your site is very appealing.

I agree that you have created a lovely site. You won't get anyone but the newest and most naieve to sign up as an affiliate though. Why should they? They can go direct and get 25/30%
    Have a wonderful day
