I would be very wary about buying anything with trademarks in the domain name.

That is a valid concern, but it makes no sense to be in this industry if you are not prepared to take a gamble every once in a while. The potential trademark issue obviously affects the price, but the mere fact I received quite a few enquires for this website goes to support my claim.

Take a gamble or just make the exact same website on a non trademark infringed domain.


Gamesys Group owns Monopoly Casino, Rainbow Riches Casino, Megaways Casino. Although they do not own the Trademarks they push for competing trademarked domains to be remove. Hence the reason that many old Rainbow Riches affiliate sites are now pointing at Rainbow Riches Casino.

I am speaking from first hand experience here of having such domains took down.

I understand your point obviously, but if Megaways Slots [dot] com has been online for quite a while, I doubt this domain will be in trouble, although there are obviously no guarantees. Let's just not draw any more attention to the domain name as this thread can be considered closed as far as I am concerned.

We had the same issue involving Aristocrat-named domain about a month ago or something like that. It was a hard blow for us.
