That is the risk you take as an affiliate, if you're on CPA then best not to look at what you would have earned on rev share.

You know those internet memes about feeling like a goldfish in a glass bowl? I used to laugh at them until I started living one. My ground-floor flat in Manchester had these massive windows that made my living room feel like a display case at a department store, and I swear my neighbours knew more about my TV habits than my own mum did. Every time I sat down to watch something, I'd catch someone peeking in and I'd immediately freeze, like I'd been caught doing something illegal instead of just binge-watching old sitcoms. My friends thought it was hilarious, sending me memes of people awkwardly waving through windows or cats staring judgementally from the other side of the glass. But honestly, it stopped being funny pretty quickly. I tried laughing it off, but the constant feeling of being watched was starting to wear me down. I even started joking that I should just set up a tip jar on my windowsill and charge admission. Then a colleague mentioned frosted window film and I ended up on I ordered a roll, thinking it would be this massive DIY disaster, but it took me about thirty minutes and a spray bottle of soapy water. And the relief was immediate. Now I can watch my shows in peace, I can sing badly without worrying who's listening, and I don't have to see my neighbours pretending they weren't looking. My flat finally feels like mine again. And when my friends joke about the goldfish days, I just smile and tell them I've upgraded to a private aquarium.
