    Default Merkur Partners payment issue

    Hi - I was wondering if anyone has experienced any payment issue with Merkur Partners/Cashino recently? We're owed affiliate payments dating back over 10 months now - we were initially told it was due to a delay in them receiving info from Income Access, and then that the payment couldn't be processed because of an incomplete due diligence form, but this had been sent off two months ago. It's not a huge amount , but big enough to worry about especially as we've sent the traffic/players. So just wondering if anyone has been in the same position with them? I'm in touch with Sofia, but their compliance team don't reply and we're thinking about next steps.     Hi,

    AFAIK they're currently rebuilding their affiliate program, but since you have waited 10 months I don't really have an answer.
