Mobile Gaming
I was thinking of creating a new site dedicated to mobile gambling, likely exclusively using SkyBet. Do you think it is worth creating a gaming site dedicated to only mobile gaming?
Having a look at Sky's mobile site, it looks identical to their regular Vegas pages, so is there a point diverting attention to mobile gaming, and not just cross promote on my other site.
Can people not just access the regular sites anyway, logging in to the normal address?
Any other info would be helpful, thanks.

Mobile gambling is not as popular as all the advertisers would make you believe. People are not gambling on their cell phones or tablets like we use to think they would in a mobile world. Of all the thousands upon thousands things to do on a mobile device, why would anybody gamble? Yes there is a market for it. However do I think there is enough to spend hours maintaining a website for it? No.

We've seen a number of affiliates bring in very strong traffic via mobile and tablet devices.
I would say it's definitely worth a test to see how your traffic converts.
If you look at Sky's mobile site from an iPhone/iPad, it will look different than on another device. The mobile revamp was performed with the iOS platform in mind. They next update will target Android devices.
Hope that helps!

Hey moon cheese - have you thought about promoting sports betting on mobile? The proposition of being able to bet from your mobile on the in-play market of a sports match that you are watching live or more likely on TV in a bar with your mates is a strong one.
