EDIT: Hanan from MrPlay contacted me promptly and we have resolved this issue and improved our communication loop. I wanted to edit the thread to make it clear that the help received was satisfactory and I hope to keep working with them more effectively in the future

I am glad for you that your problem is solved.

What I certainly do not like about Mr. Play Partners is that they raised there minimum payment threshold to 800 Euro. I still have money there but I cannot cash it out. I am a small affiliate, and business is slow. So I will never get my money I am afraid. Sorry for highjacking your post with my comment. But I just wanted to get that of my chest.

800 euros minimum payout is definitely not great.
With all due respect, it is a big red flag for me

800 euros is way too high and unreasonable. Just seeing that's the minimum payment threshold is a worry.
