Default MoonGames / Unitedcommissions do not pay affiliates

When I asked Unitedcommissions manager, why they did not pay last 2 months payments , I did receive an answer that several players looks suspicious and they have to check it.

I`m not sure what does mean "suspicious player" when he is losing money.

I can agree with every argument, but I will never understand why some brands is still ignoring affiliates and not informing about reasons of payments delays.

    Now it looks ok.
I did receive more detailed explanation why they did freeze payments and I can agree with their arguments.

But it would be better to receive it 2 months ago.

    Hi all

I look today statistics Moongames because every month players winnings

    Statistics for one player

Their affiliate system accounts players withdrawals as opposed to actual winnings from this player as minus to your affiliate account. So if for example a player won 21k in given month and withdraws 3k a month for 7 months we will see negative 3k in each of those 7 months. This is not a no negative carryover affiliate programme. It's a cheating affiliate programme.

    Terms Moongames
    Withdrawal Limits
    Monthly Limit 3000

I'm not sure that calling them a cheating affiliate program is quite fair. They do operate on net cash (deposits less cashouts) but they are clear on that. I'm not fond of their unwillingness to ring fence between brands, but again - they are clear about that and we've accepted it.

I'm not a fan of monthly cashout limits in general - but does the existence of stated cash out limits constitute calling the affiliate program cheating? Personally, I think not - especially when one can call and have the limits modified

As previously mentioned, during the withdrawal process you may be required to provide documents to confirm your identity or ownership of the credit/debit cards used to deposit to your gaming account thereby ensuring, that withdrawals are paid to the right person. Additionally, we may also request documents when a member wishes to increase their withdrawal limits. source
The last line implies withdrawal limits can be increased upon request.

If you know the player, encourage them to call and request limits increased.

If you do not know the player, politely ask your affiliate manager to get someone to "reach out" and contact the player, suggesting they increase their withdrawal limit and cash out. It does not look as if they're playing at all - so it is probably a point of frustration for player, affiliate, and casino.

Note to forum administrator Anthony: See how I was able to put my big boy pants on and talk through the "insult" and "name calling" of this affiliate program without any need for moderation or censorship? Why can Winner not do the same?

Well, in my opinion cheating it's not 100%. Doubtful it is. They should let this player cash all at once. The way they're doing now isn't correct at all.

Anyway, negative carry over in combination with this payout limits... why do you promote them anyway?

His argument (I think) is that the brand advertises on their affiliate program that they're no negative carryover but that cashout limit is creating a negative carryover situation.

I agree that calling them cheaters is not correct.

I do agree that their terms are not suited to be included in my list of recommended properties, but like others have said, it does appear they are following the terms, the terms just suck for some affiliates.

Their site works for us at least.

Historically, the Income Access messaging system is not the best way to contact an affiliate manager/program. I think the messages are sent into a bottomless pit. Did you try contacting your AM by either skype or email?

I stand corrected - the "impressions" and "clicks" do not seem to be updating. Earnings, new accounts, and registrations all seem to be working just fine - or at the very least they do not seem abnormal given expectations based on traffic, history, and expectations.
