Sacha is working to identify the sender. I wanted to thank thebookieoffers for sending me a copy and staying on top of it.
Sachs is also going over the various emails with me to show what action has been taken on each and to help me better understand the number of affiliates involved.
I will report back when I have an update.
I am here to help if you have any issues with an affiliate program.

Hi gents,
Thanks for your posts - have replied to both your PMs.
Let's try sort this out and we can post results here once all 3 of us are satisfied.
Thanks,
Sacha
You claim in PM that it has no code for an affiliate link. They are redircting. There is a cookie as I did exaclty what universal said and went back through and deleted them all again and hey presto there was a cookie for ToPlay affiliates and one for lucky247 so......

I really don't understand the need to argue here....the mailer is coded incorrectly and has no affiliate tracking, fact - there's not much point in me pretending otherwise?! The fact that a cookie is placed does not mean that the page is linked to an affiliate account - all visits to the site would of course be coded via ToPlay Affiliates as this is what system all links go through. A direct visit to our site would get a cookie too.....
I'm trying to resolve the situation and you seem only eager to insinuate that we are being untruthful and make this personal....
Is there any other reason why you are saying all this??
Although difficult, in situations where the tracking is on a page on another site, sometimes what works is to hit the escape in the browser as soon as the page loads, and then view the source code of the page.
This can be problematic and sometimes takes a few tries. (If you stop page load too soon you get nothing and if you wait too long you get the casino landing page)
Also what can work at times is to clear the browser cache completely and follow the link and view the source code of the pages in the cache.

Hi universal,
Thanks for the tips. I assure you we know our tracking system pretty well - the affiliate tracking was simply not used correctly and thus is not mapped to an affiliate - page source codes, etc can't help if the affiliate tag is incorrect.
Thanks,
sacha
I can confirm that I too am receiving spam from Lucky247 that is being sent to an email account that I've never used as a player.
I'm not fussed in that I can (and did) just delete. However, it is CLEAR to me that this program has a problem and it is in need of some SERIOUS attention.
Before anyone responds - yea, yea, I know... your position "you taking spamming seriously". My position "If spamming were taking seriously and it was not profitable to spam your program, a spammer would not be wasting his time and resources doing so."
GET IT HANDLED
forward it Anthony as well
and still the rubbish comes through. obviously doing nothing to prevent this
first day back and more spam crap comes through. what a surprise
Hi Thebookiesoffers,
Thank you for sending me the offending mail - will deal with the affiliate accordingly.
Thanks,
Sacha
again I ask, why not stop them doing it in the first place. Load of crap as per usual

Hi RedBush54,
Thank you for your posts and our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience.
Whether you can play at the casino or not shout not matter - spam is spam, and it shouldn't be tolerated.
This account has been closed and the affiliate notified that any further emailing on our behalf will lead to further action from our part.
Thanks again for alerting us to this (we had several complaints for this account in the last 2 days) and please accept our apologies.
Best Regards,
sacha
