Default Mr Green accepting USA players

If you promote Mr Green casino, did you notice US players sign ups?

I am wondering, why they would allow US players to open an account? Currently I see 6 accounts from USA, of course inactive, but what is the point here? To collect database of players?

I did notice that. Are they allowed to play for free?

Aren't they blocked from playing the games at the provider level? Or at least IGT and MG do (I think) - not sure about the others. Maybe they're just harvesting emails for if/when regulation occurs.

Bit strange, but I don't see a problem so long as credit is passed to the aff.
