Termination of Operations of MrAffiliate Platform in Sweden

Dear Sirs,


We would like to inform you in advance of an important decision we have made as part of the merger process with 888. After careful consideration, we have taken the decision to close down the Mr Green affiliate platform ("MrAffiliate Platform") in Sweden. While we do not have a specific effective date for the closure at this time ("Effective Date"), we wanted to ensure that you are aware of this decision in a timely manner. Rest assure that we will notify you as soon as the Effective Date is confirmed.

We want to ensure a smooth transition for you; therefore, if you use MrAffiliate Platform to promote our brand in multiple territories, we will remove the territory of Sweden from your agreement. However, if you use MrAffiliate Platform to promote our brand in Sweden only, we regret to inform you that we have to terminate our agreement.

Accordingly, we refer to your affiliate agreement with Admar Services (Gibraltar) Limited ("Mr Green")to market, promote and refer potential customers to Mr Green via the MrAffiliate Platform (the "Agreement"):



For affiliates operating in multiple territories:

Pursuant to clause 17.1 of the Agreement, we will amend the Agreement by including Sweden within the list of "Excluded Territories". Please take this letter as written notice of variation of the Agreement to withdraw Sweden from the MrAffiliate Platform with effect from the Effective Date.


For affiliates operating in Sweden only:

Pursuant to clause 10.1 of the Agreement, please take this letter as written notice of termination of the Agreement with effect from the Effective Date, which will communicated to you in due course. Please note that for the purpose of the termination of the agreement the Effective Date mentioned in this letter should be understood as the "Termination Date".

We refer you to clauses 10.3 to 10.6 (inclusive) of the Agreement (‘Consequences of termination') and kindly request you to refrain from disclosing any confidential information related to our brands and products after the Termination Date.

We want to emphasize that you are entitled to any and all "Affiliate Remuneration" actually earned by you up to the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, no "Affiliate Remuneration" will be payable by Mr Green on or after the Effective Date.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that all the information shared between us is confidential and we kindly request you that you treat it as such.

My note; Last year, on September 20, 888 Affiliates ended their affiliate business for 888casino and 888sport in both Sweden and Denmark, so I guess it's only a matter of time before they do the same for Denmark.

The Mr Green brand exposure in the Scandi markets was badly managed ever since the 1st merge with William Hill, so the issues started years ago. Had a nice AM that came from ComeOn for a bit before he headed off elsewhere but that was about it. Low priority on affiliates in general for them. Sad to see.
