MrPlay Partners Refusing To Pay

Ha anyone else got unpaid invoices with MrPlay Partners? I know they have high quotas (€800+) and have always been difficult with payments but they have now not paid any commissions for 2025 at all.

They are currently stating:

the way we have done payments all these years was that Aspire Global, Aristocrat now a days, would send us money on a monthly basis to cover the commissions we have to pay. This was the agreement since they are to 49% partner on this project. We haven't received any money from them and that's the reason why we don't have the opportunity to pay currently

Interesting excuse. Have not had to request payment for some time due to their high minimum payment threshold. Hope this gets resolved for you.

When a program starts blaming a parent company or a partner for not sending funds, it’s usually a sign that payments have stalled across the board. High quotas were already a red flag, but not paying anything for the entire year is even worse.
Would be good to hear from other affiliates, but based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like they’re withholding payments from everyone — or at least using the same explanation for all unpaid invoices.

seems that somehow you were lucky to get paid. i was told that payments not sent yet and waiting on resolution. so not the time to update the title yet.

We have not received everything owed, only up to the end of 2025. There are comms form this year we will likely never get because of their extremely high minimum payment threshold and the fact they don't want promotion of the brands any more.

They are now leaving the UK, unsurprisingly:

Thought they left UK 9 months ago or maybe it was just CPA for UK.

Yes I think they just cut the deals and said they didn't want any more UK traffic but have only now switched them off in the UK. Probably also driven by the tax rises coming in in April

€800 does seem quite high, thank you for the heads up, I don't think I will be using them after what I've read here.
