    Exclamation My experience with Bet365

    Hello,
I decided to tell you what happened to me. I saw some similar topics here few months ago, but I didnt think this could happen to me also

I was partner of bet365 since april 2014.
Everythig was OK during the whole year. I brought players who bet and win/lose.
Both of us had profit. Bet365 didnt contacted me, they didnt have any problem with me and I didnt have problem with them.

In december I asked for the payment. I didnt receive anything (payments for november + december).
I wrote them 3 weeks ago, whats happening and the answer was to wait.
Yesterday I wrote to one of my aff managers and here was the response:

Following the management review of your account the decision has been made to withhold your payment, and for the account to be suspended due to the below breach of T&C’s.

    2.8 Good Faith
You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected traffic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes us damage. We reserve the right to retain all amounts otherwise due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe of such traffic.

We reserve the right to withhold affiliate payments and/or suspend or close accounts where affiliated customers are found to be abusing any bet365 offers or promotions whether with or without your knowledge. Such situations to include but not be limited to different customers betting both sides of an event or market so as to limit risk and claim bonuses.

I’m sorry but I am unable to provide you with any further information.

The account has been reviewed thoroughly by the management team, and they feel that you have breached the T&C’s as advised.

The account will not be re-opened, and any customers you have bought to bet365 that are breaching T&C’s will also have their accounts suspended.

From my side I didnt break any term and condition, After my account will be closed, those players which I brought will be betting still at bet365.
All I did was in good faith and I have feeling that when bet365 has to pay revenue share to his partners, which brought players who lost many times, they will dismiss this partner and keep his players, but now they will have 100% profit.
If they had any problem with me they should disscuss with me it, and not doing this behind me.

They get free trafic and than they close account. I think THIS is not in good faith.
Last time when i logged into my account i had commission for 2 months more than 20 000 €.

Before 365 i promoted Dafabet, I didnt meet term & condition - bringing players for longer period, they closed my account and pay me my provision even when I didnt have meet terms & conditions.
    That is fair policy.

I know that many of you will say you have only good experiences with bet365.. I expected better and fair behaviour Like Dafabet had, ok close my account but pay what belongs to me deal was deal. Im fair man and I expect fair dealing.
What is this about? You bring f.e. 100 people, and your profit raise up to 100k/month, than they decide to close your acc ?

thanks for reading and be careful
