Default US accepting / UK White Listed programs

I'm looking for a brand to promote to US players, but it needs to be uk white listed for us to feature them (damn lawyers!). Ideally a brand with multiple products (sports / casino / poker / bingo) that gives cross product commissions.

    Any ideas?

Bodog may be a good choice. No bingo though. They bought Slots.com recently so you know they're gonna move in that direction in a big way.

You don't have a ton of options.....

Couldn't make it up, could you? That wonderful little tropical island paradise of Antigua & Barbuda, not all that far down the global road from Costa Rica and absolutely no different in essence, is considered suitable regulatory environment for the UK gambling Commission.

Of course, they never actually visited it or did any meaningful checks, but A & B DID ask quite forcefully, so we just couldn't say no.

Baldidiot, I admire the stance you're taking, ie, actually respecting the law, which it seems 0% of other affiliates are, but I suspect you're worrying pointlessly. The UK admin is in love with all things gambling. Any whiff they get of "illegality", they'll just change the rules to fit in with the industry.

You will not find a single UK white listed site that offers action to both the UK and United States - at least I can't.

The Pokerkeep is correct in highlighting Bodog as a group (in name) that does do this - but they do it through a bit of legal jiggery-pokery in which the globe is split into 4 sections (Canada, United States & rest of America's, UK/Europe and Asia) and then the rights are sold off to different licensees.

So the UK Bodog is white listed, while the US Bodog is based out of Kahnawakee, and the Asia Bodog in the PHillipines etc. - and all visitors to bodog.com are georouted to the specific site according to their IP address.

(SO if you are a US player on holiday in Europe then you can't get to you account - and vice-versa)

I can see your point, Caruso, and I have to admit that I was quite tempted to go another way with the site. In truth, I intend to market the site as a brand and will be advertising and sponsoring events in the UK. For my adverts to get accepted I must comply with the Gambling Act, or risk running up against the advertising standards agency. Plus the lawyers have had their say now...

After looking into it in detail I have found that there are still plenty of (non-us) brands that I can promote, and there are only a few that I am unable to promote that I wish I could.

I think that this may be enough of a grey area for me to be able to promote it.
