I have sent one more letter - received no reply. Can somebody explain to me what is going on ?! :shake: :shake: :shake:

**Pitboss_IGG** · 31 July 2003, 2:44 pm

The reply you posted is a promotion by FA and has nothing to do with your inquiry.

**ALEX777** · 31 July 2003, 2:47 pm

Pitboss_IGG:>>> NO ! They sent me this reply !!!

**dallasmisty** · 31 July 2003, 2:54 pm

Could be because of month's end?

**kidd75219** · 31 July 2003, 2:57 pm

I got this same email and I didn't write to them.

**ALEX777** · 31 July 2003, 2:57 pm

May be ... but i tried to get in touch with support team 3 times !

**Spearmaster** · 31 July 2003, 3:10 pm

I got it too, Alex... it wasn't meant to be a reply to you, surely...

**ALEX777** · 31 July 2003, 3:17 pm

Yeah i know... but where is the 24/7 support team ?

**VPJunkie** · 31 July 2003, 3:28 pm

Calm down, Alex.

24/7 support is RARELY that.

Don't worry about your numbers going to 0 unless it stays that way for more than a day. This happens fairly often with Fortune - it's just a blip in the reporting and should be back to normal within a few hours to a day. We also know they're working on this stuff at the moment.

**ALEX777** · 31 July 2003, 3:34 pm

THENK YOU VERY MUCH ! I am on nerves all day .... ....i can relax now....

**Pitboss_IGG** · 31 July 2003, 3:45 pm

24 (days)/7 (months)

**ALEX777** · 31 July 2003, 3:48 pm

:rof:  :rof: Yeah ! ......
BTW: The last letter i sent was not very nice letter

**ALEX777** · 1 August 2003, 10:13 am

GOT NO MONEY,no players ...and so on .... Account balance for July is 0 .... People , i need your advice what to do ?!

**VPJunkie** · 1 August 2003, 10:31 am

Take a valium? Hang in there - they've been all over the place for the last 8 hours for all of us, because of the end of the month rollover!! They'll settle down shortly.

**ALEX777** · 1 August 2003, 10:34 am

Fortune Affiliates - the Fortune is HELL !

:shake:
O.K , i hope everything will be fine.

**former gpwa member 3** · 1 August 2003, 6:48 pm

Fortune affiliate managers will not be in the office until there daytime hours. Which will not be until Monday..
They are 8 hours ahead of EST.

So don't worry if you do not get a answer until then...

**former gpwa member 3** · 1 August 2003, 6:53 pm

Just so you know Alex, there was a issue with the Stats last night. So there was some wrong data reports.. If your earnings were there prior to yesterday and gone now. Then you do have a issue. If they just showed up for about 6 hours or so and are gone, this was a problem with there queries and was incorrect data...

**ALEX777** · 2 August 2003, 11:42 am

Thenk you Krystall. Now i have understood everything..... and the fact is , i do not have any real or guet players ("the great mystery") ! I have downloaded one of casinos through the proxy server and opened a guest account. Everything is fine !
