Anthony was kind enough to offer to look at it again so he's working on it now. So far, apparently I'm looking at deposits rather than net win. We are paid on the net win where bonuses and credits are deducted. For example, yesterday I got a deposit of 700, today one for 100. I'm not getting commission on the 700 but rather the 'net win' which is signifcantly less.

I'm not fully clear and will be the first to admit if I'm wrong. I still don't understand months (years) of withdrawals like that from one player.

I'm happy to have clarification even if it means I'm wayyyy off.

    Paula ,
You are obviously having doubts about affiliate edge , may I suggest you try putting another RTG in their place and see the results you get with another group.Don't close your account or give it up with affiliate edge that would be silly.Maybe Martyn can show you different scenarios without this player in the stats ,is he causing you to lose your other revenue?
I would actually start removing all RTG casinos mojo. Lets face it, they have not done us good over the years and looks like many are going sour. I see a trend and believe there really is no need to promote these kinds of casinos anyway. I use to love affiliate edge but they don't do much for me these days and other then them there are not a whole lot of choices.

If a player is down 67k at a casino there is obviously something wrong as well. Seems RTG casinos have a bit more of a house edge then they advertise. Give them the boot and promote some real casinos.

    Massive statement to make.

Just so that I am clear, is it our casinos that you are saying are poor?

OR, could there be ANY other reason that 'they' havent done so well for you over the years??

I would have to say over all Club World Group are one of the best. However just because a program is a large Favorite among most, there staff should not let this go to there head.

Any program big or small can come and go as fast as they arrived. Not so much Club Worlds Group or staff, but others seem to grow and adapt an opinion we are the best and they start slipping and making mistakes. As long as the program can be consistent and honest they should not have anything to worry about.

They have not done well for me for unless I put a huge effort into promoting them. Even when I do send players ( any RTG casino ) they tend not to come back after having a run with the casino.

RTG games are boring and repetitive. They hardly ever pay out compared to microgaming or playtech and RTG has been the least trusted software ever to hit the gambling market and this will always effect the reputation of any fair RTG casinos that come along.

They sure are. Doesn't matter which one you goto they are all the same. The only thing that separates them are the staff and bonuses. Although I like club world, it has never preformed very well. Maybe RTG is a thing of the past.

So, too many withdrawals and our house edge is too big, boring repetitive games...anything else?

By the sounds of it we are rubbish and it's a suprise that anyone is earning from us.

I got this distinct feeling that online gambling might be legalized again in the U.S soon, assuming software providers like Microgaming and Playtech enter the U.S market again, RTG casinos (other software providers too) will face some severe competition and will not be able to compete against the superior software features of the mentioned software programs. Unless they up the standard of their software package considerably.

My gut feeling is that 75% of affiliates will market Microgaming casinos only, before the inception of UIGEA in 2006 we only marketed Microgaming and we did very well.

Our experience thus far with AffiliateEdge looks promising and Martyn has always been very supportive.

If it does open up, I dont think it will be for a few years yet. But when it does I think the whole industry will change, yes we'll have a lot of competition but a lot of affiliates may find it even more difficult to make money with the like of Vegas coming into play. It may seem like more options available but I just think it will change the whole setup that we are used to currently.

    Just a guess.

I'd like to challenge this if I may?

Looking at your stats now since October 2010.

Yes there are withdrawals, it's part of the game. But the most you have had in any one month is $1,380 in Club World in October, three months with over $1,000 withdawals in total. The month after though, you had Zero withdrawals (4 months of zero withdrawals in the last 11 months) and a significantly higher Net Win. In fact the trend of withdrawals over the last 8 months or so is that withdrawals are decreasing.

Can you provide any more information to back up what you are saying please? Only you and I get to see your stats and I think for you to post this and not back it up with facts is unfair and misleading. I actually think that your withdrawals would be below average if I worked it out against other affiliates.

I understand that withdrawals affect "smaller" affiliates more, but this doesn't mean anything dodgey is going on, this is something that I/we can't control. Players win and players lose, thats the game and it's random.

Your stats are being generated from a few players some of which have been with us since 2008. So at least we know retention are doing their thing.

Also remember that the $80 deposit (for example) is not always related to the $400 withdrawal. In that case it's two different players.

    Hi Martyn,

I never mean to infer something dodgey was going on. My deposits are peanuts. I'd like to see it broken down by players in the stats. Can that be done? It really gives a clearer picture that way.

Unfortunately it can't be done, not yet anyways. It is something that we are looking into but we have no ID that we could list to break it down by the individual player without revealing what might be considered sensitive information.

reality is our economy sucks so sometimes people withdraw to pay the electric bill .CWC is one group we have tested many times and never found any issues.I can tell you guys that our revenue has increased since we went back to giving club world the better positions over high noon for instance.
