    To DDM - the unregulated market is getting smaller and smaller and will continue to do so - although I'll say that with one important disclaimer: It's very difficult for new/small/hobby affiliates to enter the regulated market. Even once you get a license, getting deals with operators is very difficult.

    maybe this has been already discussed but...how to get involved as "affiliate" in the US market?
    can someone please suggest a guide of what I need, from getting a license, maybe per each US state(?), company setup, etc
