I think your identity is unclear, the structure looks inadequate, the content needs substantial improvement. All high level stuff that, if you don't fix, is likely to seriously hinder progress. Yes, links might help overcome some of that, but strong chances they won't do a lot.
I can't try and write detail here to explain all that or how to begin tackling it, will take too long and I don't have the time. But it's possible a verbal discussion might help you understand why I say some of those things, and how to start putting them right. If you don't get other feedback here that will help, we can have a verbal chat and I'll explain (no cost, I don't sell anything). PM if that's of interest.

The headline is onerous (way too wordy), and the prose awkward and unhelpful.
The domain name also doesn't inspire confidence.
Ask yourself why anyone should favor your site over a gazillion other sites that cover the same topics.

It's pretty difficult to give recommendations without having access to data about your website because the best "improvement recommendatios" are usually reactive. You review what you have and design your next steps based on that.
Apart from the obvious things, or two-way conversation (as chaumi suggested), I can throw around some questions that you can ask yourself. The answers you find, might give you a better understanding of what you need to do.
1. As I understand, you don't have many clicks right now (if at all). Have you checked what regions your content is most popular in? (in terms of clicks and impressions)
2. Did you have a list of KWs (in general and per page) that you were (and are) planning to target?
- If you do have them, are your impressions on GSC in line with the things you are looking to target?
3. If you haven't thought out your KWs in detail, you might want to try doing that now. See what your current impressions are per page, check what are the best ranking KWs, check our which ones of those KWs have lowest competitions - this is your low hanging fruit right now.
Obviously each individual point can be expanded and branched out many times, but if you haven't yet spent a considerable amount thinking about those things - it might help.
P.s. an important addition to #3 is it would be best for you to do your competitor research manually, especially at this stage. Get on a VPN (where relevant) Google the term in question, check out the top ranking pages (their URL structure, content quality and structure, imaged, videos, outbound links, inbound links) and try to think how you can get to the same level or do better.
You can check inbound links of any page for free with ahrefs.
