need help with flash embedded and firefox

Although I am no longer using firefox for personal use, I am trying to make sure that the games on my new site are working in each browser.

Now I have not figured out how to make anything ever work in IE so I am hoping I can get some help regarding firefox.

When I go to any game image on the new site it says

A plugin is needed to play this content

When I click the button that says to install the missing plug in it states there is no plug in available.

I have updated every possible thing to correct this. Flash, java, quick time ...you name it.

Any suggestions?

I would but my site is a secret till it is done. I think I figured a work around for firefox and now I'm working on a way to get it to work with internet explorer. Who knew I would be be spending 12 hours on trying to figure out how to install free flash games lol.
