Need some advice - affiliates

Hey!

I would like to know you opinion regarding two things:

1) I've chosen 6 poker rooms for my sites, but I'm not 100% sure I did it good.

PKR Poker - I like them because they really brought somethng interesting to the market.
Aced Poker (Carbon Poker) - New design, lots of promotions, very nice support team.
Party Poker - I wanted to have one of the very best poker rooms... well at least the most known.
888 Poker - I think.. it it has high reputation, I think I will promote them as well
....
Cake Poker - Only advantage is that they accept US players. They didn't even answer my mail.
Poker770 - Old platform, support doesn't answer, I think I will search for something different...
PokerView - I recently found them, I like the cam idea, but they don't answer...

So in total I have to find 2 more poker rooms for my site. Which ones do you advise?


2) Focus on US or non-US? Should I promote everything with "$" or with "€"? As most poker rooms don't accept US players I don't know if it is the right idea to promote everything wit "$". What do you think? My idea was to have at least 2 rooms which accept US players.. but CakeAffiliates & PokerView doesn't even answer my mails. What do you think?

Non U.S players are often used to seeing poker offers in $ so I wouldn't worry too much about that putting them off, personally I wouldn't put rooms on my site that didn't answer my emails.
