Need Spam forum section

In the unethical behavior reports more than half the comments are about spam. I think it would be better to have 2 sections.

Yeah I think this is a reasonable suggestion. There certainly seem to be more complaints about spam than almost anything else, so a separate spam section within the unethical behavior reports forum could be useful.

So is spam not unethical?

There are already plenty of forum breakdowns here and having spam reports etc all grouped together in the unethical behavior section is reasonable...
