Need sportsbetting affiliate program for VIP client

Hello there,

I need some help finding a generous sportsbetting affiliate program (or direct deal with sportsbook) for the following situation:

I have a friend of mine who consistently loses between EUR 25,000 and 50,000 **each month** for the past 5 years (he can afford it). This is the amount of deposits he loses, not the turnover which is much much higher. He never cashes out, even if he wins sometimes big, he always loses it back to the bookie very quickly.

So far he has been only playing with some local bookies, but they don't offer live betting like online bookies, so now he wants to move online.

What I need, is me to become an affiliate just for this friend of mine, so I can get x% from the online bookie's revenue from him.

This is a win-win for everybody.

I am open to offers to sign up as affiliate or other deal, as long as I can track how much is he losing and I can get my share from the revenue.

Preferably, I need an online bookie with live betting and mobile app, as this will lead to much higher revenue.
