Default Neg INCOME ACCESS STATS at Beaffiliates

AS per usual with anything related to "INCOME ACCESS" the new affiliate program at beaffiliates (i have not even edited my aff links yet to send new players) my account is in the negative. I have apparently 2 players active (of 100s i sent) and both have the same exact deduction of 163.26 Euros in the system.

I have never experienced a neg in the years working with Everest and there is no stats to back up whats going on.

Anyone at Everest can explain how I would receive a negative - 2 exact same negative values on the same day?

Or is this the normal "Income Access Stats issues"?

I have noticed that the stats at EA website last month wagering was over 200K and now nothing.....exactly at month's end these players stopped playing ?!

    I want an explanation please.

sorry for the derail GFPC but IMO stats provided by EA are not correct.

elogg - for me i have negative stats! I have not even edited my links. WHY? Cause i sensed something was wrong with the migration and i wanted to be able to prove they are scamming us and sure enough income access stats will show affiliates are once again getting shafted!

Its terrible to have programs like this do this to affiliates - and its just so coincidental it happens with Income Acess

If this migration went as it was intended, i mean if they did not make mistakes with the migration or parts of it....this is terrible for us affiliates and Everest itself.....
How pity to loose such a good brand.....

Indeed Everest Poker has seemed to lose all its value overnight. A real shame that I will soon have to add them to my list unless they stop the madness. May I add the use "INCOME ACCESS" - go figure!

Yes Dimitri no longer works for Everest as of end of last month. I have a contact which acts as both Be affiliates and Everest AM but all i have been told is "be patient"

    Well i tried these two:

contactus@everestaffiliates.com and affiliates@betclicgroup.com - Emails where someone is suppose to reply. I have tried a few times each and on all accounts have not been answered. I am not sure why the publicize these email addresses if no one is willing to reply. I have also used the Beaffiliates income access software to send messages via message center. None of those were answered as well.

I have gotten emails from someone by the name of Mariken - but it appears to be a private email i do not want to post in case its her personal email.
From what Dimitri told me - she works for Everest - and i have gotten some emails from her - but she is not sure whats going on.

If you have any info please share! For example

    1. Have the actually migrated players?
    2. Why is tracking not working
    3. Why has Everest not paid affiliates yet
    4. Why are income access stats not showing any results

Lots of other questions but these are good for now. Its great if your getting answers - what concerns have you had?

    Please share

if everest are now under the beaffiliates umbrella now i fear the worst for you. they have blatantly already ripped affiliates off with the whole expekt model and how they have already acted im sure they''ll do it again with everest

communication is not a high priority, and to be quite honest Im surprised that people are prepared to work with them

Hi everyone - sorry for the late response to this thread, which I've just become aware of. I head up the poker department at Everest and I just wanted to reassure you that we are aware of the concerns raised above and are working hard to resolve at our end, as this isn't an Income Access related issue.

We have a fix in place for the negative balance bug and that will be reflected in your month end numbers. In addition, if you aren't seeing your players in reporting, encourage them to complete the Everest migration process to iPoker. They will choose a new nickname as part of that process and will appear on your reporting from that point.

I managed a large UK based affiliate business prior to taking this role and I know how important it is that you have confidence in our product and team. To that end I hope you'll give us a chance to work with you and your players in the future.

    Thanks,

    Des.

    Welcome DesD,

Do you also have experience with a poker affiliate program?
    Do you have an emailadress?

Maybe these new guys have no clue about how to run a poker-affiliate program, like the stats seem to be build for a sportsbook, with all the consequences of it, like weird bonusoffers, slow implementing of promotions etc.
Maybe the new program is deducting (far to high) costs before calculating our %, like paying for the playtech software, administration costs etc.
Maybe we should take in account the difference between $ and € in our stats
Maybe we are on a lower % , like 30% instead of 40%
Maybe we are missing the side-games revenue
Maybe we are missing the revenue from the tournament fees

are you happy working for a firm that quite happily steels players off affiliates? why have beaffiliates stolen everyones players from expekt and what is the official line on this?

One other thing DesD - besides all the income access reports being wrong - affiliates have not been paid for Sept (some affiliates) and October - when will this be sorted? Its the 15th of November and i would assume these should be going out.

Indeed the reporting is pretty bad - why would you as a company not wait till you had this sorted - running a test trial - instead of doing it and affecting your whole affiliate business in such a negative way. It all looks pretty dodgy from an affiliate perspective.

In addition to what Steve asked, I'm curious for my own personal knowledge if the program was shipped the cheap version of the IA software - the one that is "self installing" as opposed to coming equipped with support to make sure that it works properly.

From the sounds of the Income Access front talk, it sounds like they are very much involved in integrating their software. So, that would suggest one of the following:

    A. Everest bought the cheap version of the software where they install themselves and there's no instruction manual,

    B. Income Access came in, installed, and failed to ensure everything was functioning properly in the migration - thus they failed to do their job,

    C. Income Access came in, installed, and did in fact ensure everything functioned properly in the transition. (fill in the blank from here)

Moreover, why is this JUST NOW coming to light? Why aren't affiliate managers keeping their affiliates up to date? Where are the "correct" and "accurate" versions of the reports? Have they been sent to affiliates by their AM's?

If they haven't, why not? Surely with the level of confidence DesD demonstrated in his post, this information should be available somewhere. I suspect he's seen it and isn't just going on someone else's word - just like affiliates would be unwise to just have faith and believe - especially with money owed from previous months.

My strong suspician is that if AM's send out a correct version of the report and reach out to their affiliates with an update and an attached spreadsheet showing correct figures for activity since migration - a lot of the worry and noise goes away, they work towards restoring their reputation, and do wonders in patching up relationships with the people who will be making them or costing them money in the future.
